To ensure a seamless check-in, please note that all of our vehicles are picked up and dropped off at our designated partner locations (such as public business parking lots). When you arrive, the vehicle key will be securely stored inside a lockbox hanging from the driver-side window. To receive your lockbox code and start your trip, we require a quick verification step: please take a selfie holding your driver's license next to your face (ensuring all details are clear and legible), along with 8 clear photos of the vehicle covering all sides and any pre-existing damage you notice. Once you upload or text these verification photos to us, your lockbox access code will be released immediately so you can hit the road!

Vehicle will be ready waiting at one of the designated drop locations. Customer will receive key lock box code and soon as Insurance and other required documents and received.
